Practice Areas:  Mr. Pipkin is the managing partner of our firm.  He manages an active litigation docket statewide.  He acts as Texas counsel for several clients and has extensive trial experience having tried complex commercial/construction defect cases throughout Texas.  Mr. Pipkin's practice areas include commercial litigation, construction litigation, environmental and mass toxic tort, oil and gas litigation, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability.  Mr. Pipkin has successfully litigated, on behalf of his clients in Federal actions in Texas as well as neighboring states.  Mr. Pipkin has served as National Coordinating Counsel and Joint Defense Counsel for major U.S. and foreign manufacturers, developing and coordinating the defense throughout Texas and the United States.

Admissions:  Admitted to the Texas Bar, 1991; Admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas
