Practice Areas: Mr. Ferguson's practice areas include personal injury, environmental/toxic tort and products liability defense. He has an active docket statewide and has successfully litigated for equipment, product and premise manufacturers, as well as, individuals. Mr. Ferguson additionally represents individuals, governmental entities, and corporations including a law practice in administrative, real estate, estate and probate, corporate, oil and gas, and commercial litigation. He currently serves as City Attorney for two municipalities and advisory attorney for an emergency service district.

Personal: Mr. Ferguson is active in his church and community. He enjoys gardening, working in his woodshop and spending time with his family.
