Clint W. Chase

Clint W. Chase has extensive civil trial experience and concentrates primarily on insurance defense litigation but has also represented clients in a variety of business and commercial litigation.

Mr. Chase is a third generation Texan and has lived most of his life in the Houston area.

Prior to joining Pipkin Ferguson, Mr. Chase worked for a major insurance carrier on their first-party insurance docket and handled cases from inception to jury trial. He has also practiced as an Attorney for a corporate law firm representing banks, lenders, servicers, and investors. Mr. Chase has handled an array of litigation and legal matters, representing the interests of corporate and individual clients on complex issues, transactions, agreements, and lawsuits.
