David Leister joined Pipkin Ferguson in 2023. In his short time since graduating from law school, Mr. Leister has represented clients in disputes involving contracts, construction defects, personal injury, and property loss. Mr. Leister has defended claims in a variety of setting including various state courts, arbitration, and Multi-District Litigation (MDL). Outside the law, Mr. Leister loves reading, watching the Astros and Longhorns, and trying new barbecue joints.
