Jarrett Perkins joined Pipkin Ferguson in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in a private practice where he represented corporate plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and residential construction disputes, breach of contract, adverse possession, and warranty claims. He has advised banks and title companies on closing issues and closed several real estate transactions as an escrow officer. Additionally, he has experience in estate planning & probate and bankruptcy chapters 7, 11, & 13. Currently he focuses his practice on construction litigation. Mr. Perkins hails from Kansas City, and yes, he is an avid Chief’s fan. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, traveling, watching and playing football, and attending the theatre.
